Event Booking – Cancellations and Refunds Policy
Effective Date: 29/06/2025
Thank you for registering for events organized by DRI Dental. We understand that plans can change, so we have created a fair and transparent cancellations and refunds policy for all event participants.
- Event Cancellation by Participant
- 7 or more days before the event: 100% refund (excluding payment gateway charges).
- 3 to 6 days before the event: 50% refund.
- Less than 3 days before the event or No-show: No refund.
All cancellations must be made in writing via email to be eligible for a refund.
- Event Cancellation or Rescheduling by DRI Dental
- If DRI Dental cancels or reschedules an event, participants will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- An option to transfer the registration to a future event.
- Refund Method and Timeline
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during booking via Razorpay.
- Please allow 7–10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
