Event Booking – Cancellations and Refunds Policy

Effective Date: 29/06/2025

Thank you for registering for events organized by DRI Dental. We understand that plans can change, so we have created a fair and transparent cancellations and refunds policy for all event participants.

  1. Event Cancellation by Participant
  • 7 or more days before the event: 100% refund (excluding payment gateway charges).
  • 3 to 6 days before the event: 50% refund.
  • Less than 3 days before the event or No-show: No refund.

All cancellations must be made in writing via email to be eligible for a refund.

  1. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling by DRI Dental
  • If DRI Dental cancels or reschedules an event, participants will be offered:
    • A full refund, or
    • An option to transfer the registration to a future event.
  1. Refund Method and Timeline
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during booking via Razorpay.
  • Please allow 7–10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

By registering for an event through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
